Every Dish is 100% Raw Organic Vegan

  Grezzo's "cheese" sauces listed below are nut cream sauces. They do not contain dairy.
We do not use animal products or animal derived products, canned food or processed ingredients.

We use only Himalayan and other natural crystal sea salt and Bariani Organic cold pressed olive oil in our dishes. All of our herbs are fresh, not dried, and supplied daily from our specialty growers and farmers. We also use whole spices and grind them as needed, such as whole vanilla beans. We do not use extracts or processed powders.

We have nightly specials and our menu may also change weekly or daily to reflect the freshest, living and raw food available. Everything we serve is prepared that morning (the exception to this, of course, is the dehydrated food that needs to be prepared a day ahead in order for us to dehydrate to the desired texture) to insure the freshest possible product.

We are committed to bringing you flawlessly fresh food.
When Grezzo has food left at the end of the evening our employees benefit and any other leftovers are given to local area groups.
